Averill Farm Gin
Averill Farm Gin is a no-frills, small-batch spirit that is as unique as the no-frills, small town it's from. In the year 2020, only 21 people lived in their town (yes, we recognize the irony that our population at the time equaled the legal drinking age). Distilled on Averill Farm, located between Big Averill Lake and Little Averill Lake, their gin is floral forward, with the farm's famous lilacs at the forefront of the flavor. Averill's residents swear that spring is when their town is the most beautiful—so they did their best to bottle that up and we did our best to bring that magic to life.
