Serafina Beach Hotel was a new hotel concept in the competitive San Juan market. The boutique hotel needed to build a robust social media following that embraced its brand and strategically appealed to its millennial target audience. We were contracted to build and execute a social media strategy and facilitate community management. By creating authentic, aspirational content and using tactics such as social media contests, we grew their accounts to 43,000 followers, almost entirely organically, within two years of opening.
